You pay for results, not for hours
The assessment and proposal are free. Your proposal includes a fixed setup fee and the success targets the system has to meet, such as hours saved per week or error rates on invoices. You pay the setup fee only after the system meets those targets on your real work
If we manage the system for you, a monthly fee is based on the value of the time the system saves. You can use that time to lower labor costs, take on more work or deliver better service with the team you have. Either way, the time saved has a dollar value, and that is what we measure
If your team takes over the system, your proposal sets out the cost of the handover instead of a monthly fee. Either way, you know what the system is worth before you commit

Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The assessment and the proposal cost nothing, and there is no obligation to move forward
How do you measure savings?
During the assessment we work with you to establish how much time each task takes today and what that time costs. Once the system is running, we track the time it saves and report the dollar value to you every month
What if we don't want to reduce staff?
That's fine, and it works the same way. You can use the time AI frees up to take on more jobs, respond to customers faster or improve the quality of your work. We measure the hours saved whether or not anyone's role changes, and the value of those hours is what our monthly fee is based on
What happens if the system doesn't meet the targets?
The setup fee is only due once the system meets the success targets written into your proposal. If it falls short, we keep working on it until it does, or you don't pay the setup fee
Do we need to change the software we already use?
We start with the tools you already rely on, such as your accounting software, email, scheduling and job management systems, and build around them wherever we can
Do we need anyone technical on staff?
No. We handle the technical work during the build. If you choose to run the system yourselves, we train the person who will own it, and they don't need a technical background
What happens if the system stops working?
Your team is alerted right away, and the backup plan explains how to keep the work moving until it's fixed
